Please include your seller account email, order or payout reference, relevant evidence, and a clear explanation of the complaint.

3. Review process

AmaJova may review audit logs, payout records, dispute evidence, verification status, and order history before responding.

4. No bypass

Complaints do not bypass verification, risk review, payout controls, or legal requirements.
