These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of AmaJova and OfferLink. By using AmaJova, you agree to use the platform lawfully, honestly, and in line with these terms.
2. AmaJova’s role
AmaJova provides direct selling infrastructure that helps sellers package, present, and sell offers through a professional payment link. AmaJova is not a marketplace and does not act as the seller of record for seller services unless expressly stated.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through licensed payment service providers. A small processing and platform fee may be added at checkout to support secure payment handling and support.
4. Order review
Orders may be reviewed to support secure transactions. Payment confirmation does not automatically mean that delivery or payout is immediately available.
5. Seller responsibility
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing offers, delivering what was purchased, complying with applicable laws, and responding to buyer issues in good faith.
6. Buyer responsibility
Buyers must provide accurate contact and payment information and must not misuse dispute, complaint, or payment systems.
7. Account restrictions
AmaJova may restrict accounts, pause offers, delay payouts, or request verification where required for safety, compliance, or platform integrity.
8. Changes
AmaJova may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
